How it works
Live in three steps

Build in Studio
Choose the experience; set the frame, colours, backgrounds and screen texts to the brand. Define AI characters, scenes, the guest form and sharing channels in the same place.

Publish
Draft and published versions are separate. Nothing reaches the device on site until you publish, so a half-finished change never lands on a live kiosk.

Run it on site
Open the kiosk on the device and let guests tap. Start captures from a second phone if you like. Guests see their result on screen, then take it by QR, print it or email it.

Details that matter on site
Your brand's look
Print frame, colours, screen backgrounds and every screen text are yours. Guests never see the EventCo logo.
Your own domain
Each event gets its own address. Serve the guest page on your own domain if you like; DNS is verified from the dashboard.
Instant sharing
Guest page by QR, download, WhatsApp, Facebook, X and email with the photo attached. For Instagram the file lands on the phone.
Printing
A print agent on a Windows PC prints to any printer set up there. 4×6 in (10×15 cm) canvas at 300 dpi; a copy limit per result and reprints from the dashboard.
Guest form and consent
Name, email, phone and optional SMS verification. Up to five consent checkboxes, each linked to its own text (e.g. GDPR or KVKK).
Remote control
A photographer or operator starts the capture from a phone paired by the QR or six-character code on the kiosk. Works in every experience, including Video Booth.
When the connection drops
In the iOS and Android apps, captures queue on the device and survive an app restart; they are processed when the connection returns.
Several stations
Up to twelve named stations per event. Results are split by station and the kiosk gallery updates live.

What is EventCo?
EventCo is software that event and experience agencies use to build, publish and run photo booth, AI photo, GIF and video experiences as kiosks on site. It is developed by MetasoftCo in Istanbul.
What hardware do I need?
An iPad, iPhone or Android tablet/phone is enough; the app runs in portrait. It also runs in a browser on a PC or Mac with a webcam. Printing needs a Windows PC with a printer.
What happens if the internet drops?
In the iOS and Android apps, captures queue on the device and survive an app restart; they are processed when the connection returns. Until then the guest waits for the result, QR or email. With SMS verification on, the flow cannot continue offline. The browser version has no offline queue.
How does printing work and which printers can I use?
Install the EventCo print agent on a Windows PC and pair it with a code; it prints to the printers set up in Windows. The kiosk and the printer do not need to share a network. The print canvas is 4×6 in (10×15 cm) at 300 dpi.
When are AI credits used?
One credit is used only when an AI result succeeds. AI Photo, AI Greenbox, AI Sketch to Image, Aura Photo and Wordportre use credits. Photo booth, GIF, video, mosaic and lenticular experiences, sharing and reprints are free. Failed jobs use no credits.
What is in the free demo?
A verified agency account gets 10 AI credits once and 1 production station, so you can try every experience. Demo outputs carry a watermark. Sign up with Google or Apple; no card required.
Can I use my own brand and domain?
Yes. Frames, colours, background images and screen texts are set per event, and guests never see the EventCo logo. You can serve the guest page on your own domain.
How are guest data and consent handled?
The guest form is optional: you can ask for name, email and phone and verify by SMS. Add up to five consent checkboxes, each linked to its own text. The agency running the event decides which data to collect and which notice to show.
How many devices can I use at once?
Up to twelve named stations per event. How many can produce AI results at the same time depends on the plan: demo and Event Pass 1, Studio 2, Agency 5.
Which languages do the dashboard and kiosk support?
The dashboard and the kiosk run in English or Turkish. You can also write the kiosk screen titles and texts in any language yourself.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Event Pass is one-time and does not renew. See the refund policy for details.
