Pricing questions
Which plan should I choose?
Use the free demo to test every experience. For a single event choose Event Pass: 72 hours, 100 AI credits, no subscription. If you run events every month, Studio (2 concurrent AI stations) or Agency (5 stations, 2,000 monthly credits) costs less per event.
What is an AI credit?
One successful AI result uses one credit. AI Photo, AI Greenbox, AI Sketch to Image, Aura Photo and Wordportre use credits. Photo booth, GIF, video, mosaic and lenticular experiences, sharing and reprints never use credits. Failed AI jobs return their credit automatically.
What happens when credits run out?
New AI results stop until you add credits; non-AI experiences keep working. Extra credit packs never expire and need an active Studio, Agency or Event Pass.
How many devices can I use?
Up to twelve named stations per event. The plan limits how many of them produce AI results at the same time: 1 on the demo and Event Pass, 2 on Studio, 5 on Agency.
Can I cancel? Are there refunds?
Cancel any time; it takes effect at the end of the paid period. A first subscription payment is refunded within 14 days if no AI credits were spent, Event Pass within 24 hours if unused. Monthly renewals are not refunded. Duplicate payments and outages on our side are always refunded.
Which currency, and how are taxes handled?
Prices are in US dollars. Taxes for your country are calculated at checkout and the total is shown before you pay. Web payments are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record and the invoice comes from Paddle; in-app purchases go through the App Store or Google Play at local prices.
